Please read the Terms of Service thoroughly before commissioning me!

I accept commission orders through Twitter DMs (@bylilybear), Facebook (itslilybear)or via email ([email protected]).

I don't accept orders through Instagram DMs, as they get lost easily!

Step 1: Inquire & provide commission info

You can send me a DM on Twitter OR email me about placing an order! Please also provide the following information:

First name: (so I can add your order to my queue)

Commission Type: (Icon / Bust / Pixel art / GIF )

Deadline if any: (Only if urgent)

Reference pictures and descriptions:
(for pose, props, accessories, clothes etc.)

Email:
(The email address you would like me to send the Paypal invoice and final commission file to. If the emails are different please specify!)*

Step 2: Reply & discussion

I will reply you within the next few days on whether I can accept your commission order. I'll also be clarifying your order with you to make sure we're on the same page about the illustration. Once that's done, I will let you know how much I'll be charging for the commission.

If I don't reply after a few days, I likely missed your message, so please feel free to send a follow up DM or email!

Step 3: Payment

Once we have finalized the order details and rate, I will send you an invoice. Your order and place in the queue is only confirmed once the invoice has been paid (either full or half)!

I will ask for full payment upfront. For commissions with a cat, I can provide a 10% discount (because, cats ♡ )

Step 4: Confirmation + wait

Once I have received either the full or half payment of the invoice, I'll start working on the sketch! I work most effectively when doing one commission at a time, so I will let you know approximately when I'll be starting your sketch / how many orders are ahead of yours.

And that's it! I will keep you updated on any major progress I make, and will send the final piece once I receive the full payment amount :)

Payment Method

I accept payments upfront in USD through Paypal.

If within the Philippines I have BDO, BPI, Security bank, ING and GCash.

I will ask for full payment upfront. I do negotiate for payment for split 50% upfront and 50% after final art is approved but this will be talked about first, just tell me ahead of time. :)

The client will also bear Paypal's processing fees (4.4% + 0.30 USD), which will be stated in the invoice.

Terms of Service

Commissions are strictly for personal use only. Editing, reselling and/or making merchandise out of the art is not allowed. For commercial use, please send me an email!

When sharing the artwork, please give full credit and don't remove my signature :)

Please provide clear reference pictures. (Commissions based on description only will be charged extra.)

My art style is fixed! I won't replicate the styles of other artists. More examples of my work are on my Instagram.

Once payment is settled, your slot is booked and I will soon send you a sketch for approval.

I do not accept cancellations once I have started your sketch. If, for whatever reason, I cannot complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.

Up to 3 minor revisions are allowed. Additional or major revisions will be charged, so please be specific with references!
I will email you the final piece as a PNG file to preserve quality. You can ask for different canvas sizes (e.g. for phone/laptop background)
I reserve the rights to my artwork. (However, you can let me know if you prefer that I don't post it publicly.)

Turnaround time: between 3-8 weeks (depending on complexity and my own schedule & workload). Your patience is greatly appreciated!
I will update you with my progress and any changes or delays (if any).
